If you have ever been unfortunate enough to find yourself in Family Court and defending yourself in a claim regarding the custody of your child/children, whether it be  a divorce or allegations of abuse within a family, you know what most in our country do not know. The Family Courts are not necessarily places where the Best Interests Of The Child are of primary concern. The legal system is not necessarily a justice system and officers of the court are not necessarily being held to standards that protect innocents.
